You must read and agree to the following terms and conditions to sign up and buy pixel blocks. An "ad" means an image, a link and a tooltip text (i.e. a text that will show up when the mouse is over your image).

• The minimum purchase is $25 (a 100-pixel block).
• The site will be online at least until 31st December 2012.
• When you buy pixel blocks, you are buying the right to have an ad on the cube, in the respective space you have paid for and until the above mentioned date. No other rights are conferred by making a purchase.
• You must have the authority to provide the ad for the website you submit.
• Once the funds have been fully received, your ad will go live on the cube generally within 24-48 hours after you have submitted it.
• If your ad is published, you cannot get a refund.
• You can change your ad after it has been published for a fee of $10 per block change.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your ad removed from the cube, this will be done, but you will not get a refund and your blocks will become available for sale again.
• No obscene/offensive/adult ad will be accepted. If you submit an ad that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative; otherwise, your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixel blocks.
• If your ad is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show obscene/offensive/adult material, this will be considered as a violation of the present terms and conditions. Your ad will be removed, you will not get a refund of any kind, and your blocks will be available for sale again.
• The tooltip text must not exceed 80 characters.
• You must be the author or copyright owner of the image you submit.
• You agree your image, as a part of the Advertising Cube, can be used on this website and in possible future merchandising.
• The image must be the exact size you have paid for.
• The image must not be animated.
• There might be occasional downtime for site or server maintenance. I cannot be held responsible for any downtime caused by web host or any external factor that is not under my control. However, I will do my best to keep any downtime to a minimum.
